Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received.
They are shipped from Brazil via La Poste (Correios) in Standard form with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Average delivery time is 15 to 18 business days.
Packages can also be shipped via EMS (Chronopost) and delivered upon signature. Average delivery time is 12 to 15 business days.
Due to customs clearance, these times are those provided by the postal service and do not include the time needed for customs processing of the package.
Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
Products are generally shipped in a minimalist plastic envelope in order to minimize actual transport costs.
Customs duties may apply to receive packages, depending on the destination country's rules.
